RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. We do accept returns on items* in exchange for store credit. Custom orders are FINAL SALE & are not eligible for store credit.
We accept returns of unused products in brand new condition with all tags and original packaging within 21 days of date received. If returned items do not meet our criteria, they will be shipped back to the customer. If returned items do meet our criteria, they will be exchange for store credit. Custom orders are FINAL SALE & are not eligible for store credit.
HOW TO RETURN
Contact us through our CONTACT page. In the message portion mention which item, order number, reason for exchange. We will respond in 1-2 days to confirm your store credit.
